We provide a comprehensive 12-month mechanical warranty on all pre-owned watches, covering all internal movements and manufacturing defects.
How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer free, fully insured next-day delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery for all orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day 'no questions asked' return policy for online purchases. The watch must be returned in the exact same condition it was received, with all security tags intact.
Do you accept part-exchanges?
